Order Processing
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment is successfully received. Processing times may be longer during holidays, promotions, product launches, or periods of high order volume.
Shipping Destination
We currently ship to addresses within the United States only.
Estimated Delivery Time
Estimated delivery time is typically 5–10 business days after shipment. Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
Shipping Rates
Shipping charges, if any, will be shown at checkout.
Order Tracking
If tracking is available, tracking information will be sent to the email address provided at checkout once the order has shipped.
Incorrect Addresses
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, additional shipping charges may apply to reship the order.
Delays
We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, weather, customs processing, supply chain issues, or other events outside our reasonable control.
Lost or Stolen Packages
If your package is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please contact us at support@try-velara.com. We will try to assist, but we are not responsible for packages confirmed as delivered by the carrier to the address provided by the customer.
Refused Shipments
Refused shipments do not automatically qualify for a refund. Any refund request will be handled under our Return & Refund Policy and may be reduced by applicable shipping or handling costs where permitted by law.
