PURCHASE OPTIONS CANCELLATION POLICY

Some products on try-velara.com may be offered as subscription or recurring purchase options. By selecting a subscription option at checkout, you agree that your subscription will automatically renew and that your payment method will be charged on a recurring basis at the frequency and price disclosed at checkout unless you cancel before the next renewal.

Automatic Renewal
Your subscription renews automatically until canceled. The recurring billing frequency, product quantity, and price will be shown at checkout and in your order confirmation.

Authorization
By purchasing a subscription, you authorize KERNGESUND GESELLSCHAFT LLC to charge your selected payment method for the initial order and all subsequent recurring orders until you cancel.

How to Cancel
You may cancel your subscription at any time before your next billing date by:
- logging into your customer account, if available; or
- contacting us at support@try-velara.com.

Cancellation requests must be received before the next billing occurs. If a renewal charge has already been processed, the cancellation will apply to future renewals only.

No Retroactive Cancellations
Cancelling a subscription does not reverse or refund charges that have already been processed, and does not affect orders that have already been submitted for fulfillment or shipped, except as required by law.

Subscription Returns
Orders placed under a subscription are subject to the same Return & Refund Policy as all other orders. Only unopened, unused items in original sealed packaging are eligible for return, subject to approval. Opened items are not eligible for return or refund.

Price Changes
We reserve the right to change subscription pricing, product availability, and subscription terms at any time to the extent permitted by law. If required by applicable law, we will provide notice before such changes take effect.

Failed Payments
If a recurring payment fails, we may retry the charge or suspend or cancel the subscription.

Promotional or Discounted Subscription Offers
If a subscription is purchased using a promotional offer or discounted price, the discount applies only as stated at checkout. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue promotional offers at any time.
